Pros
Friendly team and nice offices
Cons
The role is completely different to as advertised and was a waste of time. It’s advertised as a Customer Service Administrator role with flexi hours every 15 minutes. What that really means is you can start every 15 minutes before 9 but if you are over that 15 minute limit you have to stay an extra quarter of an hour. People working 6:15am to 2:15pm would have to stay an extra hour if they were 2 minutes late. You have to log every single thing you are doing throughout the day in a teams chat. You are also added to a WhatsApp group with your personal number and you must tell everyone what time you are arriving to the office. It is very childish in regards to times and I felt like I was constantly being monitored. You also have daily targets and have to answer a certain amount of chats a day which can be quite hard as messages can vary from day to day. Once I got the job it was as though I was just a number and didn’t really have much support. The job isn’t admin and is more a chat speaking to people who owe debts. Some of which could be struggling and some messages can be quite tough, again there isn’t really any support for this. If you don’t ask you won’t be told anything luckily there are friendly people within the business who will tell you things but if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have been in the loop with anything going on
