Pros
None i can think of. Join this company if you like being micromanaged like a blue-collar worker when you work in tech. They hire HR from preschool/early childhood background and manage you like you're a blue collar worker and piece of meat instead of a high-level employee in tech.
Cons
Where do I start? low salary, toxic environment, bureaucratic, militaristic, treats you like company property of the CCP. Nepo company middle management lacks competency, direction, and ability to execute. Lack of will and bureaucracy and micromanagement from me-first, low EQ and nationalistic HQ (that thinks everywhere else is the same as Shanghai or Beijing) resulting in "lame duck" middle management and a culture of fear and "doing anything to keep the job" even though the job has nothing outstanding to offer. If you're Singaporean, I advice you to do everything you can to go someplace else, instead of wasting your life here being treated as "manpower" instead of talent. Oh, and don't forget the need to stroke their fragile chinese egos because 国内 is King and you're an expendable Southeast Asian employee to them.
