Pros

Decent projects, good coworkers, good spot

Cons

spontaneous changes with the scheduled on site days, no flexibility, schedule changes every week so you can't adapt or come whenever you want. They can deduct your salary automatically if you are couple minutes late into clicking a button in the morning. Big changes to how on site is handled (for the worst) that are completely different from what we were told during hiring phase, especially for those who are 200kms far from Casablanca. Very weak goals management and tracking.

Projet intéressant sur le papier avec un potentiel réel si la gestion est revue.

Le corps employé essaie aujourd’hui de se faire entendre par les personnes ayant un réel pouvoir au sein de l’entreprise, ce qui reflète un malaise profond. Le manque de communication est flagrant, et les collaborateurs peuvent même être pénalisés à cause de cette absence de clarté. Le management local est très problématique. Certaines personnes en position de responsabilité manquent de compétences pour encadrer efficacement, avec davantage une logique de contrôle que de management réel basé sur l’accompagnement et l’expertise. Les décisions sont fortement centralisées au niveau local, avec un manque de transparence et de cohérence. Des annonces importantes (comme l’harmonisation des horaires entre équipes) ne sont pas suivies d’effets concrets, ce qui crée confusion et perte de confiance. Cette concentration des décisions, sans prise en compte des réalités terrain, impacte directement les conditions de travail et le climat au sein des équipes.
