      Great colleagues - Nice competent, supportive talents

      Cons

      - High turn over rate on both management and staff side, which impact stability and productivity of the company - Small team with lack of managerial support - No clear strategy for APAC - As a training company you would expect application of the Leadership, talents - Not open to listening to staff feedback - Management concepts, lessons, technics etc... they advocate for - None of these are applied internally

      A nice, encouraging and team-oriented environment to work in.

      Pros

      Understanding and good leader - head of office (Shawn DCotta). Lively and fun team-mates (Emilie Marle & Minh Thuy Phi). Nice office in a central location - The Gateway. Work life balance and close knit team.

      Cons

      Given the international links to projects, there can be emails to answer after hours if you are on-the-ball, although not required strictly. Sometimes coordinating with multiple countries and timezones, although this can be a plus for career-oriented individuals with a positive attitude. I don't really see any other cons.
