      Decent pay, but not worth the money.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment. You have to believe it to see it. The owner berates and humiliates employees. Employees drink and use drugs on the job. I’ve witnessed it. There is casual sex in the bathrooms. Daily blowout fights.
