      I can’t even think of any…

      Cons

      No increment. No transparency. No communication. Dont even know why so many people suddenly “leaving” without telling anyone. Only ask you to do work and change will not happen even if you try to make things better. Employee benefits also horrible

      Pros

      Directors often appear clueless and out of touch with on-the-ground realities. Only follow without fail what has given by HQ, no question asked. They are just a messenger.

      Cons

      - Directors appear disconnected from on-the-ground realities and team struggle. - Some directors show little interest in developing their teams or building internal capability within regional office or subsidiaries. - Feedback from subsidiaries is ignored or diluted - This disconnect creates reactive culture and a growing sense of disillusionment within regional teams
