The incredible individuals who work here, whether it's your senior or just colleague, will value your ideas and opinions, regardless of your position. You have flexibility on what you want to grow in. It's honestly rare to have the kind of great company culture and environment such as this one.
Cons
May be difficult to see internal career development path at times but if you are proactive about it on your own, then others will be there to support you to achieve it.
