The notable benefits at this company are sparse, except the unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy, contingent upon the discretion of one's manager for approval. However, even this perk comes with the caveat that excessive usage may prompt intervention from the Human Resources department, as communicated to the respective manager.

Cons

Apart from my colleagues, there is little I miss about my tenure at this company. Each day felt like a frantic scramble, with frontline employees bearing the brunt of managerial lack of oversights, yet without commensurate accountability. This dynamic places undue burden on diligent workers, while others merely fulfill their obligations to collect a paycheck, devoid of substantial contribution.

- Unlimited PTO - Good health benefits - 401k - Solid coworking teams

Cons

- Ableist - PTO has to be manager approved - being sick for more than a day or two is a problem - Clients have way too much power over your job - At a global meeting after people were laid off the CEO called them lazy. One of them was the former CEO of a company they acquired. Hardly lazy.
