No restructuring , you can work forever with same job unless big challenges

Cons

Korean company, only Korean can be a top management Korean communication, Korean reporting, everything Korean focused. No training for employee No management, treat employee as a tool Low Salary Very Conservative, No innovation No restructuring = Who has low performance, still remain, no development

Smooth System, Relatively Easy Job

Cons

Extremely Easy To Incur Penalties, Their Attitude Towards Employees Are So Bureaucratic With No Room For Negotiation, But When It Comes To Them, They Can Cut Your Pay However They Want With Penalties With No Room To Negotiate No Matter How Unfair Or Unjust The Situation. Have Many Flaws In Their Working System That They Wont Care To Admit Even If You Provide Evidence. Will Throw Their Own Employees Under The Bus Just To Save Face With Customer ( Speaking From Experience )
