      Not What I Expected

      Friendly and Supportive Team, Professional Work Environment

      Cons

      After learning more about the company I was disappointed to realize that you are expected to do a lot of "Outside Growth" which is essentially being expected to attend meetings and team-building events without getting compensated. I would also suggest doing your own research for anyone thinking about working here. The parent company is called Smart Circle and I wish I would have been able to find this information from the beginning.

      - Paid training, Team Oriented, Fun Work Environment, Strong Core Values, Ability to travel and network. In this position you must have humility and not be afraid to try new things. You will learn more about management, direct sales, while learning about yourself and developing a professional skillset. As someone who worked for COR for a long time, what you put in is what you get out. If you have the entrepreneur mindset and want to work with a team who is genuinely concerned about your growth, this is the place for you.
