Pros
Great guests, good food & drinks. A lot of fun if the owner isn't there drinking.
Cons
Owner seems like a nice guy. He'll come in and buy shots or beers for everyone. Then later he'll yell at the staff in front of guests. He yells even worse during mandatory "voluntary" staff meetings. One time while he was yelling at us you could tell he had been crying just moments before. His eyes were all red and watery. Toxic environment.
