Pros

Even with the ongoing pandemic, the management implemented hiring freezes just so they could keep and take care of their existing team, so no one gets left behind.

Cons

Might have some flexible hours required depending on the team assigned as some principals are located overseas so workshops tend to be odd hours.

Cons

1. Power grab by the bosses. The are always scheming and pitting agains each other 2. They even emply family members to keep employees in check and lead certain team. These people is always right. If anyone one points out any mistake or diasgree the boss will punish you with unnessecary detailing and work load. 3. Being unwell is crime if you are not related to the boss. 4. No code of ethics and conducts for immediate family members. They can date any member of staffs and sit on their lap during meetings. 5.Meeting attire has to be short and sexy dress. It expedites clients decision making and deal breaker. 6. No functional HR the boss is the HR 7. Any new contact made has to be with the purpose with gaining all their contact, once missiin acompllished, move on to new target. 8. Only company gazetted leaves are recognized and utilizing annual leave for Chinese New Year company closure is a must. 8. Very racist environment 9. All the reviews so far are from the bosses and relatives and bootlucker in the company.
