Pros
colleagues are lovely, small office so you get to know your co workers well. Good canteen. Plenty of car parking space as its located in a small estate. Not in the city so easy to get to and not much traffic conjestion.
Cons
No training at all! Trainees running site projects as site managers would walk off in frustration in dealing with the owner. Sets unrealistic expectations that are unattainable. Owner lashes out at easier targets so he can blame someone other than the people meant to be running jobs. People will try to turn tables on you so as to not have to deal with backlash of being unorganized and jobs not being completed on time. Listening to how he speaks to clients is disgusting and degrading. Made me feel very uncomfortable and offended to think that a grown man would speak so comfortably like this and not even going to his own office but infront of all the office staff which is predominantly women.
