Pros

Strong leadership: I respect our CEO. Eloquent, leads with integrity, and genuinely cares about the people here. Best of both worlds: My direct manager holds us to a high standard but is also incredibly supportive and looks out for us along the way. A team that cares: We’re a tight-knit group. It’s a rare environment where people actually show up for one another. Work-life balance is real: Management actually respects your time off, and it doesn't feel like a "hustle-only" culture. Steady growth: It’s great to be at a company that’s consistently growing and innovating with new solutions.

Cons

We run on a pretty lean structure. I’m proud of our output and productivity, but it can get quite tight when things peak.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at CXG so far, even though I’m still quite new to the company. The colleagues here are incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to help. Even when everyone is busy, people still take the time to support one another, which creates a very encouraging work environment. The culture here is something I really appreciate. It feels collaborative and supportive, and it makes it much easier to learn and grow in the role. Because of the fast-paced nature of the work, you also get the opportunity to learn very quickly and gain hands-on experience along the way. Overall, it has been a great place to start and develop professionally, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team.

Cons

As the work can be quite fast-paced at times, there can be moments of pressure, especially when managing multiple tasks or accounts. However, the supportive team culture helps make it much more manageable.
