Pros

Pay that is higher than in any other Cafe 20% discount to Dunnes

Cons

Constantly busy with limited amount of staff due to budget constraints You will end up doing your job, some else job and manager job and some of them has not have a clue what are they doing. This is want is happening when they hire people who has no prior managerial and cafe experience, as a results, high staff rotation, overworked staff and multiple incidents of mental health issues due to work stress No opportunities to progress whatsoever, you will eventually end up doing more job for same money Culture in the shop is sick, racism and exclusion unfortunately. It’s a culture of gossip
