This is want is happening when they hire people who has no prior managerial and cafe experience, as a results, high staff rotation, overworked staff and multiple incidents of mental health issues due to work stress No opportunities to progress whatsoever, you will eventually end up doing more job for same money Culture in the shop is sick, racism and exclusion unfortunately.
