Easier to get visibility if you can do visble rhings being a lean organisation. If you are wanted by the company ,they will keep you in a good position and will protect even in stormy weather Flexible working style, no work pressure Slow to firing
Cons
One big guy call big shots and no way to question them as organization culture is just to follow them but no questions asked about fairness. Lack of support from management on directions,slow to promotion,no real development or training plans for middle level managers but geet8mg stuck with no help or support losing motivation awaiting for an opportunity elsewhere
