Pros
Started off great with proper training and lots of work. Paid for meals when on larger jobs with co workers. Hybrid field work and work from home.
Cons
Fire at will company, lots of nepotism, you always get a different answer when looking for help on how to draft reports. Company that doesn't have a great foundation. The people who have friends or family higher up get more work or proffered schedules.
