      - Amazing mission and shared commitment to the work across the team. - You really feel like you can make a difference. - Nice perks like flexible hours and professional development budget

      Cons

      Callisto uses their employee's commitment to a cause against them, soliciting blind loyalty for nothing in return. Poor leadership. No communication, lack of strategy, and no trust across the team. If you're thinking about accepting a job, make sure you ask about turnover in the last year and average tenure length. Get curious about why the only other Glassdoor review is from the former CEO and how a tech company exists without any technical staff.

      - Mission-driven; centers decisions based off of "what will empower survivors that most" - Great workspace & benefits, esp for a non-profit - Small, tight-knit team - Generous professional development budget - Lots of opportunities for learning new skills, creative problem-solving, & directing your own work - Lots of opportunities to meet inspiring, intelligent, generous people - Making a difference, as an organization in the world, and as an individual in the organization

      - It's a startup - so if change is hard for you, you want to feel a sense mastery over all areas of your work, or you want each day to look like the last; this is not a fit - It won't pay as much as a for-profit tech company will
