Exposure in valve manufacturing, project management as the managerial/ office staff is very small (5-10)
Cons
Due to limitation of manpower and fluctuating policies of MD working condition is not congenial for freshers. Deviations from basic practices in drawings, production and documentation by lower level personnel.
