Cons
Management do not care about employees, they are not there to help they just try and blame you for when things go wrong. The pay is also ridiculous for what the job is. A waiter in the restaurant is payed the same as a premier inn waiter when they level of service and knowledge required for it is much higher. No one stands up to rude guests either. Some things are just not acceptable for someone to say to you even if you’re a professional in a workplace and the company condemns you trying to stand up for yourself or your colleagues to rude customers.
