    I worked at Camp High Achievers for less than a year

    Pros

    Got to teach many kids about life skills and it was a reward seeing them understanding such values.

    Cons

    Different Head Trainers have different requirements that are not standardized. During the first camp that I co-headed, I was given little information and had to solve everything without protocol.

    - Positive work culture, working with young employees - Good work life balance - Good exposure to developing people skills

    Cons

    - Too little interest in training employees (in certain departments), you mostly learn on your own. - Pay really low for the workload for some positions.

    get to learn a lot on the job, beneficial if you are fresh graduate.

    Cons

    high expectations to perform regardless of your background or experience. office politics. unrealistic employee contract with three to six months probation.

    The job scope itself is interesting, you learn as you go, and it is a well known camp organisation in singapore.

    Cons

    The culture wasn't very strong, not as bonded Compensation was considerably low compared to other camp companies
