Pros

If you’re willing to be paid minimum wage and work in the creative industry, you’ll be able to get a job here.

Cons

1. Toxic work environment, both regarding co-workers and the CEO, to the point where it will impact your mental health 2. The organization treats customers so poorly. They hire untrained and unqualified people but use portfolios from years ago to make sales. 3. The CEO threatens legal action upon anyone who complains about sub satisfactory service. 4. They run day camps with untrained and unvetted counsellors. So many angry parents…as if this operation is a scam. 5.”Interns” the company takes advantage of employment services from the government. They will subsidize your wages so that they can claim that you’re an impoverished youth that needs help. Meanwhile you could be 27 years old and completely on your feet. 6. Couple’s wedding videos and photo galleries get completely ruined by malpractice. The photographers miss the first kiss, the ceremony itself, and important posed photos. Or, the deliverables are unusable. Again, sales are made using portfolios from years ago, not current staff. Beware, a company called Under The Umbrella is a wedding creative service owned by Campus Creative.

Pros

• I would not normally say none. But this was an extremely toxic work environment and I would not want to see a negative experience working here happen to others.

Cons

• Unorganized internal operations, job roles unclear, unrealistic expectations. • Toxic workplace where employees would get praised for talking badly about others. The way to stay on top was to tear others down in order to prove loyalty. • Ran a daycare program where employees did not have police checks and some of the employees had criminal records. • Takes advantage of recent grads in the creative field. • Launched an internship program to gain free labour. • CEO would openly discuss having no problems with suing employees that wronged him. • Hardly any woman work here because of the sexist environment. • Super poor business practices and do not always deliver on client work or collaborations where the agreed exchange was content. • They gaslight employees and their clients if something goes awry. • They once got upset that a former employee (a woman) started working for another company. So Campus Creative started to claim that the male who hired her was sexually harassing her because they were mad that she left. • If you quit on unagreeable terms, they threaten to sue you if you ever step foot on their property. This happened to multiple people I know who worked here.
