      Good co-workers, remote job, they provide the equipment

      Cons

      Excessive control and micromanagement, I don't know why they hire professional and capable people to end up controlling everything they do and not being able to be more confident of their work

      Stable income if you comply with their standards (even if some of those standards don't make any sense).

      Cons

      Micromanagement (stalker type), no raise, no benefits, exploitation.

      Stability if you comply with all their guidelines, otherwise, you're out

      Cons

      They don't trust your work at all, even if you work there many years, they micromanage every single task you have, you will have tons of apps to track your work, and zoom with camera open all day, you even have to clock-in when you go to the bathroom, is this a chinese factory?
