Supportive and collaborative team environment with helpful colleagues. Clear opportunities to learn and grow. Flexible approach to problem-solving. International market exposure and diverse projects. Great mix of ecommerce and retail experience.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be challenging at times. Priorities can shift quickly, requiring adaptability. Some processes could benefit from more structure. Communication between departments could be even smoother. Occasional tight deadlines during peak seasons.

Job was always busy with things to do, made the day go by fast. People were nice and fun to be around

Cons

Can be stressful at times as lots of customers are calling in the summer
