There are some great people! Christmas week off! Great vacation benefits! Right connections …you will go far! CEO is great
Cons
If you don’t drink the kool aide… you are stuck! Pay is so so! Lots of bullying and passive aggressive behavior and it’s at top leadership level. COO is horrendous

Nice coworkers, lots of room for career growth if you have the correct manager
Cons
Very poor leadership, starting from the top. COO is very reactive, cold and lacking true vision and leadership skills to build a high performing team.
