      Promised so much but failed to deliver.

      • Modern offices, equipment and amenities • Overtime pay • Good location • Weekly PT sessions and massage • Pretty good colleagues overall

      Cons

      • Poor management • Staff under appreciated on the whole • Preferential treatment to certain members of staff • Talk the talk but don’t walk the walk • Too focused on the bottom line • High staff turnover

      Pros

      Good colleagues - they get good people in the door. Nice, modern space to work in. PT sessions.

      Cons

      Reports regarding bullying not taken seriously. Employees treated more or less favourably based on their relationship to directors or managers. Culture of blame, which very different to what they claim in their values. High staff turnover.
