      Pros

      Leaders Cares deeply about their employees and advancement. You're not juat another number at CCU. It's a small institution but they're so committed to growing.

      Not enough staff which sometimes led to burnout

      Scatter-brained Executive Management Team

      Pros

      With the exception of the Executive Management Team’s, the staff was a great group of people willing to help and support each other.

      Cons

      From shoddy preparation for a major data processing system conversion and poor implementation of major product changes to wasteful spending on egocentric/vanity “projects,” the Executive Management Team’s constant blunders made working there a stressful unfulfilling experience. Their constant (undeserving) praise of each other’s work performance was a stark contrast to the disdain regularly displayed to employees Management had chosen to take the blame for their failures and then tasked to correct.

      Pros

      The staff are very friendly and hard workers, hours are decent, the CEO has a lot of great ideas and his positivity is contagious. PTO rate and holidays are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management is very cliquish, lots of micromanaging and letting their ego get in the way. Benefits are not the best.
