Could pay a little higher but they're getting there. Other perks like flexibility make up for what's missing.

With the exception of the Executive Management Team’s, the staff was a great group of people willing to help and support each other.

From shoddy preparation for a major data processing system conversion and poor implementation of major product changes to wasteful spending on egocentric/vanity “projects,” the Executive Management Team’s constant blunders made working there a stressful unfulfilling experience. Their constant (undeserving) praise of each other’s work performance was a stark contrast to the disdain regularly displayed to employees Management had chosen to take the blame for their failures and then tasked to correct.
