Good laugh with colleagues in the office. Regular meals and drinks out. Activities every quarter.
Cons
Focus too much on stats. Management have favourites and it’s very obvious who they are and let them get away with anything. Even if you make them money, they’ll let you go if they don’t like you. They want you to sacrifice a lot of your life to work. No work-life balance. They use threats of firing you to try and motivate you, which causes stress.
