Pros

Bosses mostly nice and helpful outlet colleges Can earn good salary if sales are high. Addition incentives during roadshows Training provided for new joiners

Cons

Very stressful, pressure to hit high sales targets although the industry is not doing well Long working hours with a lot of ops. Used to be 5 day work week but became more like 6 Commissions not stable due to nature of the job

Pros

Some outlets have very nice people. There is some opportunity for growth. 500 base is considered quite high in this car sales industry.

Cons

Fine over small matters like being late or making a mistake. $500 per car, very very less compared to other dealers offering 4 digits for one car. Salesmen bring in money for the company but are treated like a minority, the finance team will call and tilt you over. Like to mark up car prices, it's a bit of a scam. Collect first instalment when they're not supposed to, hoping not to get caught and swallow the first instalment money. Expended too quickly, now stuck with the consequences. no AWS or other benefits
