Pros
- Company value talent and try to retain talent - People at CTO level is always super accessible for technical and non technical problem solving help - Sprint is divided into product roadmap ( 70%) and engineering ( 30% items decided by tech people themselves ) split which is unique here and it gives everyone leverage to contribute and learn as per their own team needs
Cons
- Extra ordinary focus on speed - Difficult to survive if you are an average performer or cannot handle fast pace working environment
