      good place for learning along with smart people

      Pros

      - Company value talent and try to retain talent - People at CTO level is always super accessible for technical and non technical problem solving help - Sprint is divided into product roadmap ( 70%) and engineering ( 30% items decided by tech people themselves ) split which is unique here and it gives everyone leverage to contribute and learn as per their own team needs

      - Extra ordinary focus on speed - Difficult to survive if you are an average performer or cannot handle fast pace working environment

      - bad work culture, - lower than industry standard pays, - Incompetent Management consisting on non technical personal in charge of technical people. - no work life balance( to late sits including 20 hours of consecutive work. mandated without any good reason ) - no Job security
