Pros
Great work colleagues, working environment was lovely and I felt supported. The company made efforts to communicate to everyone what was going on.
Cons
The pay was peanuts unfortunately and the staff turnover was quite high at the time. I was also told there was professional development opportunities in my interview but that never materialised.

Easy work, friendly colleagues but really depends on branch, opportunity to progress to team leader/manager positions
Cons
not enough hours, really dependent on season so can go from working nearby full time hours at christmas to only being given 8 hours a week during quieter periods, management can be really rude/pressurising/toxic
