This franchise overall is not a bad one, it's certain people of power within that make working at certain locations horrible. They are very nice people who will correct you if you're wrong but still praise you when you're right.
Cons
Pay rate is 8.00/hr for a store manager. Pay rate is 7.25/hr for any employee not a member of management regardless of experience. Evaluations and pay raises extremely rare. No paid vacation, sick leave No savings or 401k No insurance offered No benefit package No employee incentives Low budget hours Low Sales-low wages Dishonest to employees Expect hard work, dedication, and dependability but do not compensate employees
