You get to work with very talented colleagues on a wide variety of challenging projects for global clients. The learning opportunities are immense, and the brand name looks great on your resume for future prospects. Senior management is generally approachable and open to new ideas if you can get their time.
Cons
The work-life balance is practically non-existent. Expect very long hours and frequent weekend work, especially as project deadlines approach. This demanding schedule is treated as the norm, which leads to frequent employee burnout and a high rate of attrition. The compensation doesn't always feel adequate for the hours put in.
