Amazing introduction to HL7 FHIR, great early career opportunities (at least for myself).
Cons
Smaller company, so not always able to have the mentorship needed. Although, the team works amazingly well to get through problems.

My time at Caredove was the best employment experience I’ve ever had. This was mainly because the upper management is excellent and really care about their employees. I felt respected and heard and important during my time at Caredove, and even checked in on during my maternity leave. The only reason why I won’t be returning is because I’ll be staying at home full time, otherwise this was a job I wouldn’t pass up! If you have an opportunity to work for Caredove, take it! You’ll learn and grow and have fun doing it.
