      Pros

      Pay is fair for the industry. Some colleagues are genuinely great and try to make the best of a bad situation. Occasionally, interesting projects come through, though they’re often mishandled.

      Cons

      Leadership creates a demoralizing work environment. Condescension is the default communication style including public shaming for mistakes. Feedback is rarely constructive and often feels petty. Leaders regularly belittle annd undermine employees. Morale is low, and turnover is high for a reason. Senior “leaders” seem more interested in control and optics than in actually leading, supporting, or developing their teams.

      Challenging Work Environment Due to Micromanagement

      Pros

      Gorgeous office space and hybrid work schedule There are some great team members who are supportive and collaborative. Opportunities for professional growth exist, though they are overshadowed by management issues.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the work environment had excessive micromanagement. Every task, no matter how small, is scrutinized which undermines trust and autonomy. Initiative is discouraged, as the micromanagement style leaves little room for independent thinking. The constant need to get approval for even the smallest decisions leads to major inefficiencies and frustrations. Feedback is often condescending , making it difficult to feel valued.

      - Great office and location - Great pay - Great benefits

      Cons

      - New leadership has run this place into the ground and pushed out roughly 80% of employees in the last 3 years - Work life balance almost non-existent - Leadership will bend over for client requests even if it means you will work through the night - extreme order takers - The word leadership explains their titles, not a reflection of their actual qualities or how they lead
