      "Fake it til you make it" approach can make delivery difficult. Some of perks of being startup outweighed by demanding culture.

      - Lean and mean team setup, which gives excellent opportunities to make a difference as an individual. - Management allows individuals to grow and learn. - Very diverse and global team, including customers across 50 countries. - Open culture, people do share and say wht they want. Co-workers are interested in the well-being of their colleagues.

      Cons

      - The team is across various timezones, so it is something hard to connect with everyone.
