Amazing co-workers who genuinely care about the work. And the mission of the company, providing pet euthanasia services at home, is important and compassionate.
Cons
Upper management is dishonest and lacks transparency. Clear favoritism within the company leads to an unfair work environment. Office manager constantly changes procedures, making it difficult to keep up. The owner and managers are the core problem—unprofessional, unsupportive, and impossible to work with.
