Pros
Carter has an awesome team if extremely talented people, who are all working towards achieving a common goal. Everyone has a problem-solving attitude, and it is truly a place of no judgement and hardworking down to earth people.
Cons
Too many chocolates, not enough ping pong competition, and not enough Colin visits ;)

Some of the brands were interesting to deal with Office space, location, fruits and some of the team members
Cons
Senior management is not very reasonable No compensation (monetary or intellectual) for the work being done The majority of the opportunities were tiny and not really interesting to deal with
