Cons
You might not get your direct deposit with little to no notice. Hr is non existant, couldnt get a straight answer on benefits or paystubs(couldnt access paystubs.) They have no idea about their actual labor needs, so you might get dumped if things slow down. These people are allergic to paperwork and drawings, dont expect to meaningfully check your work. Their programmers also pull double duty so programming is a bottleneck for the cnc dept. More of a daycare than a machine shop.
