Pros
Workplace community, flexibility and consistency. The work environment is nice and I always enjoyed my coworkers and the events we had outside of work.
Cons
Since it is a small company there is often a lot of unnecessary pressure, but with a lack of communication it can become a stressful environment. Company is also ran by a family so you will notice a sense of nepotism.
