Management can be confusing with their expectations, lacking general processes and expectations found in larger more established call centers, not enough focus on resolution and satisfaction of the customer, a bit micro-managy.

The company treats you like you are a possession. There is a permanent revolving door thanks to the amazing management team.

so many acquisitions while existing areas are using awful equipment. vacation/time off is outdated. company trying to grow too fast and can't train and let teams get strong before they throw on more growth and stress everyone out

There is so much change in management with turnover, giving the impression of instability. There is not a lot of 'top down' direction for those looking to succeed and grow within the organization.
