Pros
Everyone I work with here is like family. The workload is reasonable and the pay is very fair considering the hours of the establishment. Buyouts have the most money.
Cons
Scheduling sometimes is a hit or miss with shifts. Wish there were more staff benefits and incentives to sell more.
