Workflow all but completely died and had alot to do with loan officer personalities or lack thereof
I wish I knew now, what I knew then. This place threw me for a loop, and then laid off TONS of people including almost my whole team. We busted our backs, got little to show for it, and it was really unfortunate the way the CEO very quickly and hastily basically said while handing out our last checks " Sorry but its the way it is and the industry isnt doing well so... there it is" Gave boxes, said see ya later and that was it. For the work we put in, it felt like a slap in the face.
I am not disgruntled, or upset in the ways that the industry ebs and flows.. This is mortgage so I understand... but it was VERY impersonal and I was disappointed
