Bland corporate nobodies, sterile work environment, amateur management
Pros
I can't think of any.
Cons
Many cons, just to name a few: - Long hours (If you're leaving before 7pm, you're not going anywhere in this company). - Very little praise or recognition from management when goals and achievements are met. - 'Discretionary bonus' = nothing, or offensively pitiful. - Flexible and/or remote working is frowned upon and actively denied. - Senior management is woeful; amateurish leadership, no vision, and uninspiring. - Distrust of workers is immense, unless your one of the 'favourites' at the top of the hierarchy. - Chasm of difference between how asset managers are treated vs property managers/FM, with the former seen as supremely superior. - The office is eerily silent for most of the day, it is clinical and sterile. - Honestly one of the most depressing work environments that I have ever come across. Misery permeates everywhere, creating a downtrodden and gloomy atmosphere for the employees.
