I have been working with this company over 12 years and started as a part-time intern out of college (full-time over 11 years now). Cavignac has consistently provided me with growth opportunities, training, mentoring and a great culture and fun work environment. This is a boutique insurance brokerage that offers best in class service and still provides that family feeling that you would likely not experience at a large national brokerage.
