Pros

some of the r&d engineers were wonderful people

Cons

4 VP R&Ds were replaced during the last 6 years CEO is a micromanager - doesn't trust anyone and tells developers what to do on a daily basis very old tech - c# 4.8 and management doesn't want microservices architecture, you will write in old style aspx and copy DLLs by hand only 3 developers survived in the last 8 years, one of them is the most obnoxious and unprofessional person I've every met workplace bullying - some people are terrorizing everyone and making very bad professional decisions ("you will finish this task today or else") there are no r&d processes whatsoever, no planning of any sort. only a life-long blame game after which everybody leaves / gets fired. sprints are a joke and the developers are always to blame. management decided that a week is enough to design, develop, test and release new systems from scratch (otherwise you are fired). nobody knows about the ecosystem and connections to other services because all developers are always new (if you survive a year you will become the fall guy)

Pros

Tech level is ok for dev team

Cons

Bad management, 3 once a row, each is worst then the one before. I hear they are letting pepole go now because of low income.
