      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. Doctors are great to work with.

      Cons

      Do not get enough hours, while other staff members do. Seems certain people can do whatever they want but if you step out of line one time or something to Mgr about the unfair treatment it just gets worse for you.

      Staff are great and dedicated

      Cons

      Leadership was a revolving door for multiple years creating fear and a horrible work environment for the great staff at the facility. Beware of issues with confidentiality in upper managment and Human Resources !

      Can always get hours because constantly understaffed

      Cons

      No bonuses or raises. Managers will randomly write you up for some things but not others. Very shady!!
