      - Very caring environment and colleagues - Mission-driven - Loving atmosphere - CEO and leadership team listen to the employees

      Cons

      - Pay isn't great, and oftentimes sub-par to other nonprofits in the area (though, this is understandable given our line of work) - Benefits could be better given the low pay

      Great staff to work with and management is pretty flexible as well. Overall great place to learn important kitchen skills and doing it for a good cause.
